Focus on operation, maintenance, and design of substations **ILADE is seeking an Electrical Technician in Portales Sur \- Benito Juárez, Ciudad de México** --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- We are looking for a highly qualified and passionate instructor to deliver courses and training on electrical substations to our technical staff and clients. The ideal candidate will have experience in the operation, maintenance, and design of electrical substations, as well as excellent teaching skills. ### **Required Profile** * **Education:** Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electromechanical Engineering, or related field (degree holder). * **Work Experience:** Minimum 5 years of hands-on operational experience in the design, installation, operation, or maintenance of electrical substations (Medium and High Voltage). * **Teaching Experience:** Minimum 2 years delivering courses, workshops, or corporate training (registration as an External Training Agent with STPS / DC\-5\ is desirable). * **Skills:** Excellent assertive communication, group management, leadership, and practical orientation. ### **Essential Technical Knowledge** * Fundamentals of power electrical systems * Design and configuration of electrical substations * Substation equipment: + Power transformers + Circuit breakers and disconnectors + Busbars and switchgear cells + Lightning arresters and protection systems * Single-line diagrams and electrical schematics * Protection systems and protection coordination **Desired Education Level:** Bachelor's degree \- degree holder **Desired Experience Level:** Expert level **Departmental Function:** Maintenance and repairs **Industry:** Electrical / Electronic Manufacturing **Skills:** * Group management * Didactic * Practical *This job posting originates from the Talenteca.com job board:* *https://www.talenteca.com/anuncio?j\_id\=6a076ea5400000340044a886\&source\=indeed*
