At **Vialli Grupo Inmobiliario**, we seek a **Construction Coordinator** with experience in **building and urban development projects**, responsible for coordinating, supervising, and ensuring proper construction execution, guaranteeing quality, schedule adherence, and cost control. **Main Responsibilities** * Coordinate project kick-offs and supervise contractor and supplier performance. * Monitor construction progress through biweekly reports and periodic meetings. * Review and supervise budgets, estimates, work volumes, and payment schedules. * Ensure correct project execution per drawings, specifications, and required quality standards. * Coordinate with internal departments (projects, costs, urban development, sales, and after-sales). * Participate in site visits with management, banks (bridge financing), and internal departments. * Follow up on warranties, after-sales service, and project closeout. * Supervise safety, order, and cleanliness on-site. * Coordinate weekly progress, safety, hygiene, and follow-up meetings with contractors. * Manage project changes and validate additional work. * Support housing certification and handover. **Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree in **Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field**. * Minimum of **3 to 5 years’ experience in construction coordination or supervision**. * Experience in **housing, urban development, and infrastructure projects**. * Knowledge of **construction control, estimating, budgeting, and contractor management**. * Experience coordinating with **projects, costs, and after-sales departments**. * Leadership, organizational, and decision-making skills. * Willingness to work on-site. **We Offer** * Competitive salary commensurate with experience. * Professional development and career growth within the company. * Participation in high-impact real estate projects. * Excellent work environment.
