Position Summary: We are seeking a BIM Engineer / BIM Modeler with experience in hospital projects to develop and coordinate BIM models and detect clashes. Key Highlights: 1. Development and updating of BIM models BIM ENGINEER / BIM MODELER Hospital Project – Morelia, Michoacán At PRODEMEX Constructora, we are looking for a BIM Engineer / BIM Modeler to join an important hospital project in Morelia, Michoacán. Requirements * Civil Engineering or Architecture degree and professional license * Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar position. * Experience in construction projects and field execution. * Proficiency required in: * REVIT * AutoCAD * OPUS * Neodata * Excel Knowledge of multidisciplinary coordination: * Architecture * Structures * MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) * Experience in quantity take-offs and updating BIM models according to construction progress. Responsibilities * Development and updating of the project’s BIM models. * Coordination among architecture, structural, and MEP disciplines. * Detection and tracking of interdisciplinary clashes. * Validation of drawings, specifications, and the BIM model. * Generation of quantity take-offs and support in cost control. * Monitoring physical construction progress using BIM platforms. * Organization and management of technical and graphical project information.
