Proficiency in architectural design software **Description:** A construction company is seeking an Architectural Designer / Rendering Specialist to develop architectural projects, modeling, rendering, and support complete executive projects. **Responsibilities:** * Design and conceptualize architectural projects. * Create renders, digital models, and virtual tours. * Develop architectural drawings and details. * Support integration of executive projects. * Coordinate and review information with engineering specialists. * Analyze design criteria, functionality, and technical feasibility. **Requirements:** * Bachelor's degree in Architecture. * Residence in Morelia, Michoacán. * Minimum 1 year of experience as a project designer, designer, or draftsman. * Essential experience in modeling and rendering. * Proficiency in architectural design software. * Organization, creativity, and attention to detail. **Employment Type:** Full-time Salary: $12,000\.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
