**Architecture and construction firm focused on residential projects is seeking:** · **Architect** with at least 1 year of experience in 3D modeling. · Student or graduate in **Interior Design or Architecture**. **REQUIREMENTS:** · AutoCAD (advanced): drawings according to regulations, executive details. · Revit (intermediate/advanced): develop 3D design models and proposals, views and sheets for construction. · Lumion or other rendering software (intermediate): setup and creation of renders, walkthroughs. · Photoshop (desirable) · Excel (intermediate) **RESPONSIBILITIES:** · Comprehensive project development. · Project corrections and modifications. · Communication with suppliers and clients. · Site supervision: quality control. · Preparation of architectural and executive drawings. · Quantification and costing, basic budget control. **WORK LOCATION:** San Jerónimo, Monterrey, N.L. **SCHEDULE:** Monday to Friday 9:00 AM – 2:00 PM Type of position: Part-time Salary: $12,000.00 - $15,000.00 per month Expected hours: 25 per week Workplace: On-site employment
