Job Summary: We are seeking an organized and proactive individual passionate about education and languages to provide academic supervision and teaching staff management for an online language academy. Monitoring of academic incidents and communication with parents **EFEL\-TECH ACADEMY** is an online language academy specializing in language instruction for children and adolescents aged 8 to 17. We are currently seeking an organized, proactive, detail-oriented, and education- and language-passionate individual to support our academic supervision of courses and management of our teaching staff. Required Academic Background **Only candidates with a completed bachelor’s degree in the following fields will be considered:** * Foreign Languages * Pedagogy * Didactics * Educational Sciences * Language Teaching * Or related disciplines **Mandatory Requirements** * Minimum B2 proficiency in one of the following languages: * French * German * Korean * Mandarin Chinese * Japanese * Portuguese * Italian Or: * C1 proficiency in English **Experience** * Minimum 1 year in academic supervision roles OR 3 years teaching languages to children and adolescents. Main Responsibilities * Supervise online classes and provide feedback to instructors. * Conduct teacher training on methodology, platform usage, and general issue resolution. * Assign groups and schedules. * Monitor academic incidents and parental complaints.
