Position Summary: Administer and coordinate branch operations, ensuring optimal performance through a quality management and continuous improvement system. Key Highlights: 1. Implements strategies for continuous improvement and talent retention. **Position Objective:** Comprehensively administer and coordinate operations across zones and branches (Villa del Sol, Villa Fontana, Matamoros, and Encinos), ensuring optimal execution of company-established processes and efficient management of material, technological, financial, and human resources through a quality management and continuous improvement system. **Experience** Degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Commerce, Economics, Industrial Relations, Industrial Engineering, or related field. * Supply chain management * Management of more than two business units, preferably in the retail sector. * Store operations (fieldwork) * Administration and logistics **Competencies** * Personnel administration and talent management * Proficiency in quality management systems * In-depth knowledge of store and/or commercial operational processes * Knowledge of sales and customer service * Inventory management and risk analysis * Management of company operational processes * Commitment and respect * Quality orientation * Results orientation * Goal achievement * Effective leadership * Teamwork * Customer orientation and service * Decision-making * Honesty and transparency * Strategic thinking * Time management **Responsibilities:** * Ensure branch operations and functionality; monitor compliance with company-established processes and procedures. * Supervise and administer operational and administrative branch processes through a quality management system. * Coordinate and supervise commercial strategies and goal achievement across zones and branches. * Direct human capital administration for zones and branches, ensuring talent management aligned with company philosophy and policies. * Implement strategies to retain human capital within branches. * Monitor and control product, merchandise, material, shrinkage, and equipment inventory administration in branches in a timely manner. * Design and coordinate strategies, plans, programs, and projects for continuous branch improvement and resolution of operational issues. * Evaluate branch operations to identify areas for improvement and establish continuous improvement strategies. * Ensure evaluation of branch performance and effectiveness through application of company-established metrics. **Compensation to be discussed during interview.** Employment Type: Full-time Salary: $19,000.00 - $24,300.00 per month Benefits: * Savings fund * Company parking * Option for indefinite-term contract * Company phone Application Question(s): * In which neighborhood do you reside? * Do you own a personal vehicle? * What is your salary expectation?
