




Position Summary: Oversees daily store operations, ensuring compliance with sales and customer service KPIs, as well as inventory and asset management. Key Highlights: 1. Development of strategies to achieve sales and service KPIs. **Header \- External** ------------------------- Entity: Chiapas Location Type: Tda San Cristobal De Las Casas Ii **Position Objective** --------------------------- * Supervise daily store operations to ensure achievement of sales and customer service KPIs through strategy development. * Be responsible for inventory and asset management. * Ensure proper execution of Our Promise with each of our customers and supervise daily store operations to guarantee compliance with operational management roles, as well as positive results in EBITDA, churn, and revenue. **Key Responsibilities** --------------------------------- * Select and train team members to meet sales and service KPIs according to business needs. Confirm that all staff understand and master commercial offerings, promotions, systems, and policies to comply with standards and processes. * Build high-performing teams based on the Our Promise methodology within stores. Supervise staff to meet and exceed assigned targets, while developing them to increase individual productivity. Supervise in-store sales-floor experience and ensure optimal customer experience. * Guarantee proper store operations by remaining on the sales floor, providing coaching, and using Kronos to assign staff appropriately to high-traffic zones, meeting business needs and special launch events. Maintain appropriate inventory levels aligned with sales projections, and supervise and prevent stockouts. * Proficiency in statistical data and metrics for decision-making, generating action plans to ensure sales and service performance levels. Develop strategies to meet KPIs based on observation, analysis of customer traffic, business knowledge, and competitor insights. * Prevent, detect, and minimize fraud cases by maintaining control over assets, inventory, and store image.
