Position Summary: Ensure the execution and monitoring of FTTH operations for the client izzi, guaranteeing data accuracy, operational compliance, and customer satisfaction. Key Highlights: 1. Position Objective Ensure the proper execution and monitoring of FTTH fiber-optic operations **for the client izzi**, guaranteeing the accuracy of reported information, adherence to operational guidelines, crew efficiency, and customer satisfaction, through appropriate personnel coordination, operational control, and continuous improvement. Functions and Responsibilities * Ensure the accuracy of information sent to the client by tracking field-reported progress, daily schedules, incidents, and records requested in accordance with client and organizational guidelines. * Supervise that crew leaders submit daily operational progress via established scripts and reports, ensuring accurate and timely information for the client. * Prepare and deliver crew evaluations using efficiency reports, contributing to comprehensive measurement of operational performance. * Coordinate and supervise FTTH network installation, maintenance, and fault resolution activities. * Monitor operational indicators, productivity, and SLA compliance. * Manage operational incidents and escalations with relevant departments. * Validate the quality of work performed by technicians and field crews. * Coordinate operational resources, materials, tools, and work logistics. * Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports. Personnel Management * Promote alignment with the organization’s philosophy by acting with honesty, transparency, and commitment to company objectives. * Support optimal personnel performance through evaluations related to performance and competencies, fostering employee development. * Foster a pleasant working environment by providing training, follow-up, and necessary tools to enhance team performance and motivation. * Supervise compliance with safety regulations, discipline, and operational guidelines. Quality Management System * Ensure continuous improvement through management of verification, correction, and enhancement processes within the Quality Management System. * Guarantee compliance with established operational conditions required to achieve the organization’s strategic objectives. * Ensure compliance with applicable regulations governing operational processes, implementing necessary corrective and preventive actions. Requirements * Engineering or technical degree in Telecommunications, Networks, Electronics, or related field. * Minimum 2 years of experience in FTTH operations. * Experience managing crews and operational personnel. * Knowledge of GPON and FTTH networks, fiber splicing, and optical fiber testing. * Proficiency in Excel and operational report preparation. * Flexibility in working hours and willingness to work on-site.
