This position has no direct supervisory responsibilities. **What You’ll Do** * Ensure accurate and timely administration of personnel changes (hires, terminations, system updates, cost center changes, promotions, and schedule adjustments) to maintain reliable HR data and processes. * Enhance the employee experience by providing agile support for vacation requests, badge replacements, voucher card issues, resignation procedures, and other personnel inquiries. * Coordinate onboarding and offboarding activities to facilitate smooth integrations and orderly departures, reducing operational and legal risks. * Maintain rigorous document control and support compliance with internal policies and external regulations, including preparation for audits and reporting. * Proactively manage workplace labor relations and conflicts, seeking resolutions aligned with legal requirements and organizational culture. * Support recognition programs and engagement activities to reinforce culture and talent retention. * Coordinate administration of employee services and benefits, ensuring proper access and delivery. **Who You Are** * Bachelor’s degree in Administration, International Business, Human Resources, or a related field. * Basic knowledge of the HR ESLABON system and ability to perform personnel system updates. * Basic knowledge of the Federal Labor Law (LFT). * Experience in recruitment and selection for operational/plant positions. * Experience or demonstrated capability in managing HR administrative processes across the employee lifecycle (onboarding, offboarding, pre-payroll, promotions). **What Will Set You Apart (Preferred Qualifications)** * Basic English (A2\-B1\) \- desirable. * Familiarity with processes related to IMSS, Infonavit, and applicable government agency requirements. * Knowledge of compliance standards and frameworks related to code of conduct, ethics, environment, and health \& safety (e.g., RBA, OHSAS 18000, ISO 14001\). * Demonstrated competencies: service orientation, resilience, leadership, proactivity, and assertive communication. * Experience in personnel system change management, document control for audits, and support for recognition/engagement events. * Knowledge of ergonomic practices and PPE requirements for plant environments (e.g., safety footwear).
