You are invited to apply for this vacancy **MISSION / OBJECTIVE** --------------------- Execute activities related to the registration and maintenance processes of Debt Market securities, in accordance with applicable current regulations, ensuring process quality to disseminate information through the Group’s various communication channels to internal departments and clients. **JOB FUNCTIONS** ----------------------- * Track listing procedures received, conducting proper analysis and timely communication with listing applicants to obtain authorization for securities to be listed on the market. * Initiate processing of information related to the listing of debt securities, ensuring compliance with sufficient qualitative standards to generate a listing fee. * Advise intermediaries on the listing process by clarifying doubts and/or legal grounds, aiming to ensure correct registration of securities. * Conduct technical analysis of issuers by reviewing their financial and administrative information to prepare an authorization report for management. * Inform common representatives and credit rating agencies about their disclosure obligations, communicating requirements and timelines to ensure compliance with regulatory mandates imposed by authorities. * Maintain the institutional securities file for debt issuances, updating issuance-related information to ensure accurate dissemination of information to the investing public through established channels. * Prepare information on active debt issuances by collecting data for the monthly archive at month-end closure, ensuring availability for consultation across all exchange communication channels. * Verify the listing of debt securities’ shareholder meeting notices and resolutions, validating system-provided information to properly maintain debt securities and disseminate such information. **.** ----- * Update issuer credit ratings information by reviewing rating agency announcements to keep corporate debt information current. * Validate that daily debt operations are reflected in the News Bulletin of Interest, ensuring all debt movements are recorded for accurate and timely dissemination to the investing public. * Promote a positive work environment that motivates the team, fosters innovation, and drives area results within a climate of trust and collaboration. **EDUCATION** ------------- BACHELOR’S DEGREE in ECONOMIC \- ADMINISTRATIVE or related field**MASTER’S DEGREE/CERTIFICATIONS** ---------------------------- * AMIB Figure 3 (Desirable). **EXPERIENCE** --------------- **KNOWLEDGE** ---------------- * National financial sector, including its structure, products and services, as well as economic trends and their impact on the market. * Debt market, its instruments, and applicable current regulatory framework. * Regulatory environment of the securities market. * Listing, placement, issuance, and administration processes and requirements for securities. * Financial analysis techniques and tools. **LANGUAGE** ---------- Intermediate English **SKILLS** --------------- Efficiently manage and deliver services, ensuring compliance with standards Knowledge of the national financial sector, including its structure, products and services, as well as economic trends and their impact on the market Additional language: English (Reading, speaking, writing \- intermediate) Knowledge of the debt market, its instruments, and the applicable current regulatory framework Knowledge of listing, placement, issuance, and administration processes and requirements for securities Knowledge of financial analysis techniques and tools Knowledge of the regulatory environment of the securities market Technological literacy Analytical skills to identify problems and manage risks Attention to detail Customer service and support, service levels, and resolution of requests Effective verbal and written communication Time management Logical and analytical thinking Sense of urgency**COMPETENCIES** ---------------- 1\.1 Strategic vision 1\.10 Innovation 1\.3 Adaptability to change 1\.6 Networking 1\.7 Negotiation 1\.8 Leadership 2\.11 Commitment 2\.2 Collaboration 2\.4 Customer orientation 2\.5 Results orientation 2\.9 Integrity For more information about Grupo Bolsa Mexicana de Valores, visit www.bmv.com.mx Thank you for your interest in joining the BMV family! *“**At Grupo BMV, diversity makes us strong; therefore, all our attraction and hiring processes will always be free from any distinction, exclusion, restriction, or preference—whether explicit or implicit—that discriminates against any candidate for reasons including, but not limited to, sex, gender, age, disabilities, pregnancy, sexual orientation, health condition, ethnic or national origin, skin color, physical appearance, or any other reason that discriminates against any applicant.”*
