




Position Summary: We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to ensure accurate customer data entry, manage purchase orders, and coordinate shipments while maintaining effective communication with customers and internal teams. KPI tracking and objective achievement **EVCOPLASTICS DE MEXICO is looking for a Customer Service Representative in Pablo Livas \- Guadalupe, Nuevo León** -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- REPUTABLE COMPANY SEEKING: CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE Main Functions and Responsibilities: * Ensure that each customer’s master data is accurately recorded in the system. * Receive, enter, confirm, track, and clean purchase orders according to MOQ, LT, Std Pack, and pricing in Epicor system. * Enter and analyze customer forecasts (downloaded from portals and/or received via email), communicating findings across the organization. * Schedule and track shipments according to customer-requested dates. * Send shipment confirmation, ASN, packing list, bill of lading, and invoice as required by the customer. * Monitor and review inventory levels (PTE), ensuring they align with forecast targets (above/below), reporting variations affecting customer supply and/or production. * Support sample requests by entering orders and tracking associated shipments. * Engage with customers through weekly meetings to review and ensure order fulfillment. * Conduct customer visits, supporting plant tours and meetings to review order-related topics, including on-site visits to customer facilities for follow-up. * Collaborate cross-functionally with other departments to enhance productivity and teamwork, thereby enabling effective tracking of customer requirements and timely status updates. * Track OTD, forecast accuracy, and backlog metrics. * Monitor progress against customer scorecard compliance plans. * Monthly sales forecasting.
