Position Summary: We are seeking a Legal Manager to serve as a strategic partner to senior management on legal, regulatory, and corporate governance matters, providing comprehensive advisory support. Risk mitigation in complex and highly regulated environments We seek your talent as a **Legal Manager**, acting as a strategic partner to senior management on legal, regulatory, and corporate governance matters, delivering comprehensive business advisory services and promoting risk mitigation within complex, multicultural, and highly regulated environments. **Required Education**: * Bachelor's Degree in Law with specialization studies in Corporate and/or Commercial Law (Degree and Professional License) * Master’s Degree in Corporate Law (Desirable) **Language**: * Advanced English (C1\), mandatory **Experience**: * Minimum 5 years of direct legal advisory experience for corporations through law firms and/or in similar roles within multinational entities, preferably in technology, security, or digital services sectors. **Required Knowledge**: * **Labor Law:** Employment contracts, terminations, disciplinary sanctions, Federal Labor Law, labor-management relations, and responding to government authority requests * **Corporate Governance, Compliance, and Risk Management:** Corporate governance and legal risk management (company formation, board meeting minutes, corporate books, share capital, powers of attorney, mergers and acquisitions); comprehensive regulatory compliance (Mexican legal framework: commercial, tax, labor, and operational); Mexican Official Standards (NOMs); international laws and treaties * **End-to-end Litigation Management:** labor, commercial, and administrative litigation (strategy, monitoring, and resolution) * **Consumer Protection / Market Regulation:** Compliance with consumer protection regulations; interaction with and response to requests from the Federal Consumer Protection Agency (PROFECO); Federal Consumer Protection Law * **Data Protection and Technology Law:** Federal Law on Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties; technology law and e-commerce; drafting and negotiation of technology agreements (SaaS, licensing, cybersecurity) * **Commercial Contracts and Negotiation:** Commercial contract negotiation (B2B), drafting, review, and contractual execution **We Offer**: * Base salary, 100% nominal compensation structure * Statutory benefits effective immediately * Enhanced benefits * Additional benefits **Working Hours**: * Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM **Work Location**: * 3-minute walk from SAN JOAQUÍN metro station, Line 7 If you meet the profile, apply through this channel Salary: $50,000\.00 \- $55,000\.00 per month Benefits: * Employee discounts * Discounted rates and preferential pricing * Paternity leave exceeding statutory requirements * Company parking * Employee referral program * Additional vacation days or paid leave Application Questions: * Do you have C1-level English proficiency? * How many years of experience do you have working with multinational companies? * How many years of experience do you have negotiating and drafting commercial contracts? * How many years of experience do you have managing litigation? * How many years of experience do you have handling labor law matters? * What is your expected salary range?
