**Full job description** We are a private educational community; we are currently seeking: **War Band Teacher/Instructor for Elementary level in CD. Caucel** **Requirements:** Professional profile: * Minimum of 2 years teaching experience in this field. * Preferably with studies related to the area, courses or certifications related to war bands. * Ability to teach different instruments (drum, trumpet, snare, etc.). * Service attitude, collaborative work skills, ability to manage teaching strategies; emotional control in stressful situations. * Commitment to creating an identity and remaining at the school. * Must reside near Ciudad Caucel, Mérida, Yucatán. **Responsibilities:** * Conduct war band classes on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays from 1:30 PM to 2:30 PM. * Train and motivate students who are part of the war band, preparing them for civic presentations, school events, and special occasions. * Design and implement the work plan for the war band. * Maintain and supervise proper use of equipment and instruments. * Promote respect, discipline, and teamwork among students. * Develop dynamic activities. * Carry out projects established in the program. * Participate in college activities and celebrations as requested. * Maintain communication with educational authorities, parents, and guardians. * Attend training sessions provided by the school. **Work schedule:** * Flexible availability. * 3 times per week: Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays.
