We are confident you will help strengthen this outstanding team! **We are seeking an Operational and Administrative Driver** **Responsibilities:** * Operating the minibus (for staff, students, etc.). * Managing the minibus usage schedule (academic field trips, sports workshops, cultural activities, etc.). * Conducting minibus operational checks (verifications, registration, traffic fines, etc.). * Inventory control. * Distributing parking cards, uniforms, materials, etc. * Managing locker rentals. * Supporting various school events — multitasking (both on and off campus). * Processing purchase invoices. * Handling unexpected purchases. * Monitoring expenses and invoicing corporate card purchases. **Requirements:** * Minibus driving experience (a valid driver’s license is required). * Technical or bachelor’s degree in Administration, Business, or related fields. * Availability to work Monday through Saturday. * Immediate availability to start. * This is a dynamic position. * Preferably residing in the Tlalnepantla area (preferred). * Invoicing experience. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google applications. * Proactive attitude and service orientation. * Attention to detail. * Empathy. * Excellent interpersonal skills. * Courteous demeanor. **We Offer:** * Gross monthly base salary of $15,000 * Direct employment by the school. * Statutory benefits: IMSS registration, 15 days’ year-end bonus, and 25% vacation premium. * Enhanced benefits: food vouchers, life insurance, accident insurance, and academic benefits.
