**Required Experience:** Minimum of 2 years of classroom teaching experience at the primary level (grades 1 and 2), preferably in institutions focused on students' integral development. Must hold a professional degree and license in Pedagogy or related field. **Main Responsibilities:** * Design and deliver primary-level classes aligned with official curricula, incorporating active and participatory methodologies. * Timely identify learning, emotional, or behavioral difficulties in students and appropriately refer cases. * Apply inclusive teaching strategies that support diversity and meaningful learning. * Collaborate with the psychopedagogical team in developing and monitoring individual or group intervention plans. * Maintain constant communication with parents or guardians to reinforce academic and emotional support from home. * Prepare lesson plans, evaluation records, and reports according to institutional guidelines. * Actively participate in workshops, school activities, training events, and institutional projects. * Promote a positive school environment that supports students' emotional, social, and academic development. * Working hours: 7:15 am to 3:00 pm **Address:** C.
