**ACADEMIC FORMATION:**
* Bachelor's Degree in Theology.
* Bachelor's Degree in Philosophy.
* Bachelor's Degree in Religious Studies.
**SPECIFIC SKILLS REQUIRED:**
* Group management and facilitation for children and youth.
* Empathy.
* Strong verbal communication skills.
* Willingness to work collaboratively in teams.
* Assertive communication and conflict resolution skills.
* Knowledge of creative and digital resources.
* Availability of time.
**PERSONAL CHARACTERISTICS REQUIRED:**
* Practicing Catholic believer actively participating in sacramental life.
* Sense of purpose and vocation.
**RESPONSIBILITIES:**
* Teaching the Human Formation course.
* Accompanying students holistically throughout their Christian formation process, aligned with the College’s pedagogical\-pastoral project guidelines.
* Timely submission of lesson plans, exams, and in\-class activities.
* Collaboration on interdisciplinary projects.
* Participation in meetings and activities convened by the Pastoral Coordination Office.
* Participation in collegiate and group events.
* Participation in missionary activities.
Salary: $11,000\.00 \- $13,000\.00 per month
