We have over 30,000 professionals and employees committed to preserving the most valuable asset for everyone—our lives. **Position Objective:** Supervise the operational process of the Comprehensive Anesthesiology Service to meet regulatory requirements and agreements established between Grupo PiSA and the client. **Responsibilities and Activities** * Verify that inventory and personnel levels are sufficient to support anesthesia-related events. * Train newly hired staff and validate scheduled annual refresher training. * Verify that medical equipment functionality has been confirmed prior to anesthesia administration by the anesthesiologist. * Validate physical inventory matches system records. * Verify materials comply with the FIFO (First-In \- First-Out) system and institutionally established risk guidelines. * Ensure labor relationship processes are executed timely and appropriately (e.g., contracts, termination of employment, disciplinary actions for violations of the Internal Work Regulations, etc.). * Manage and validate any administrative requests from supervised personnel (e.g., work tools, incident follow-up, special leave requests, administrative procedures, etc.) **Experience** * Nursing or paramedic experience (1 year) * Experience managing corrective and preventive maintenance of SIA equipment (1 year) **Knowledge** * Medications and wound care supplies * Airway management * Intermediate Excel (pivot tables) **Requirements** * Ability to drive a standard transmission vehicle **Education** Technical Nursing Degree Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing Employment Type: Full-time Salary: $16,000\.00 \- $17,400\.00 per month Application Question(s): * Do you hold a professional degree and license? * Can you drive a standard transmission vehicle? * Do you hold a valid driver’s license?
