REQUIREMENTS: * Degree and professional license in Veterinary Medicine and Animal Husbandry (MVZ). * Minimum 2 years of experience in small-animal clinical practice and/or veterinary clinic operations (dogs and cats) or pet store operations. * Valid Permanent Unique Key (Clave Única Permanente) issued by SENASICA/SITPV for issuing quantified medical prescriptions. * Solid knowledge of preventive medicine, general consultation, and basic surgery. * Desired: experience in canine and feline grooming as operational support when demand requires. * Experience in sales, customer service, and team leadership. * Passion for animal welfare and empathy toward pet guardians. * Proactive attitude, results orientation, and customer-service focus. * Proficiency in cash handling, inventory management, and point-of-sale operations. * Intermediate computer and software skills (point-of-sale systems, Excel, email). * Leadership, organizational, and effective communication skills.
