Staff Trainer and Auditor **Location:** Morelia, Michoacán **Schedule:** Monday to Friday, 9:00–18:00 (including one hour for lunch), and Saturday, 9:00–14:00 **Salary:** $12,000 per month **Key Responsibilities:** * Design the annual/monthly corporate training plan. * Deliver training primarily via videoconference (Teams, Zoom, Meet, etc.). * Develop instructional and audiovisual materials (presentations, guides, TikTok- or Reels-style videos). * Evaluate training effectiveness and measure performance indicators. * Conduct occasional store visits to observe operations. * Update training content according to new products or promotions. * Branch audits * **Requirements:** * Age: **28 to 40 years** * Minimum two years’ experience in corporate or commercial training (retail or telecommunications preferred). * Public speaking skills and ability to lead groups. * Knowledge of sales techniques and customer service. * Proficiency in videoconferencing tools and basic video editing. * Creativity to produce attractive and clear content. * **Willingness to travel** * Education: Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Pedagogy, or related field **We Offer:** * Competitive salary: $12,000 net per month. * Statutory benefits. * Collaborative and dynamic work environment. * Opportunity to propose new ideas for training and internal communication.
