Job Summary: We are seeking a professional to develop and monitor specialized, individualized programs for students with learning needs, interpret psychopedagogical assessments, and collaborate with teachers and parents. Our commitment to academic excellence and cultural and ethical values makes our school an ideal place for professional growth. **Position Requirements** * Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Special Education, Human Communication, or related fields. * Minimum 2 years of experience in similar roles, preferably in schools. * Experience working with secondary and high school students. * Excellent communication and leadership skills. **Position Responsibilities** * Proficiency in developing and monitoring specialized, individualized programs for students with diverse learning needs. * Ability to identify and analyze academic difficulties and propose timely interventions. * Skill in interpreting psychopedagogical assessments and translating results into concrete action plans. * Collaborative work with teachers on learning, differentiation, and pedagogical strategies. * Excellent communication with parents, external therapists, and the school team. **Compensation and Benefits** * Competitive salary. * Statutory benefits. * 5% savings fund. * Free parking.
