Grupo Tecnológico Universitario Campus Toluca Seeks Systems or Network Engineering Instructors with practical experience in network installation and maintenance Master’s degree in Education preferred, with completed thesis and professional license **Essential Technical Knowledge** Networking Fundamentals * OSI and TCP/IP models * IP addressing (IPv4 and IPv6\) * Subnetting * VLAN * Network topologies Configuration and Maintenance * Basic switch and router configuration * Preventive and corrective maintenance * Detection of physical and logical failures * Use of tools such as: * Packet Tracer * Wireshark * CLI commands (Cisco, Mikrotik, etc.) Structured Cabling * TIA/EIA standards * Cable categories (Cat 5e, Cat 6\) * Cable termination and certification * Rack assembly Basic Security * Firewalls * Access control * Security best practices **Knowledge and Competencies** * Proficiency in digital platforms (Academic preferred). * Competency-based assessment. * Knowledge of Microsoft 365 / TEAMS / Forms / Word / Excel / PowerPoint. * Development of playful teaching strategies and educational content. * Availability and schedule flexibility: Monday to Friday and Saturday.
