Strengthening an inclusive culture within the school **Vacancy: Psychopedagogue (Basic Level)** **Location:** Juriquilla, Querétaro. We are looking for a professional passionate about inclusion and holistic child development to join our academic team. If empathy, clinical rigor, and commitment to neurodiversity define you, we want to meet you! **Candidate Profile:** * Bachelor’s degree in Psychopedagogy, Educational Psychology, or Special Education (degree and professional license are mandatory). * Minimum **2 years of verifiable experience** in psychopedagogical departments at the basic education level (preschool, elementary, and/or middle school). * Experience working with **neurodivergent children** (ASD, ADHD, giftedness, learning difficulties). **Main Responsibilities:** * Conduct initial assessments and provide ongoing follow-up for specific cases within the classroom. * Design and supervise the implementation of curriculum adaptations in collaboration with homeroom teachers. * Implement self-regulation strategies and emotional support for students with neurodivergent profiles. * Maintain consistent communication with parents/guardians and therapists. * Provide teaching staff with tools to strengthen an inclusive culture within the school. **Skills and Competencies:** * Strong observational and clinical analytical abilities. * Assertive communication and conflict resolution skills. * Patience, professional ethics, and warmth in human interaction. * Proficiency in school-level psychometric and projective assessment tools.
