Manage customer satisfaction during and upon service completion **Laboral123 is seeking a Pedicurist in Ciudad Del Valle \- Tepic, Nayarit** ---------------------------------------------------------------------- Provide foot care, treatment, wellness, and beautification services with high standards of hygiene, technical quality, and human warmth, creating an integrated experience for each customer, recommending at-home foot care products, and contributing to positioning Piesana as a reference clinic in podiatric care. Perform classic aesthetic pedicures: nail trimming, filing, cuticle pushing, and conventional or gel/acrylic polish application. Apply therapeutic treatments: exfoliations, foot massages, callus treatment, and ingrown toenail care. Serve clients with special conditions (well-controlled diabetes, fungal infections/microorganisms, mild deformities) following the appropriate clinical protocol, and refer to a specialist physician when required. Correctly use specialized tools: electric burs, scalpels, guides, UV/LED lamps, and sterilization equipment. Extend a warm and professional welcome to each customer. Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate services or treatments. Promote and sell retail products for at-home foot care.
