RECOMMENDED\-ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS **Academic:** · Bachelor’s degree or graduate degree in related fields: Education, Philosophy, Humanities, Pedagogy, or Educational Psychology. · Additional training in pastoral leadership, spiritual accompaniment, or management of social and educational projects is desirable. **Experience:** 1 year in teaching or education. 1 year coordinating youth groups and pastoral projects. 3\. Development of formation programs and vocational animation.
