Join us on this journey!** **British American Tobacco****Mexico****has an exciting opportunity for an MSD CAM Intern in Punto Valle** This position belongs to the Marketing Skills Development (MSD) team, responsible for developing action plans that enhance and drive the performance and growth of Marketing personnel (Corporate and Sales) across Central American countries through a cross-cutting four-pillar strategy (Training, Development, Alignment and Engagement, Change Management). **Your responsibilities will include:** * Supporting the execution, planning, and tracking of onboarding projects, ensuring timely delivery, deliverables, and a positive experience for participants. * Sustained follow-up on various team projects, collaborating with supported markets and maintaining clear and timely communication with stakeholders. * Full ownership of assigned projects, being responsible for their organization, tracking, documentation, and delivery of results. * Supporting video content creation for various internal and/or external platforms, from conceptualization through basic editing. * Designing and building presentations and visual materials for various markets. * Proposing ideas and continuous improvements to optimize area processes, content, and centrally managed project experiences. * Supporting user management and administration of training platforms (EdApp, Safety Culture). **What Are We Looking For?** * Currently pursuing a degree in Psychology, Business Administration, Communications, Business, or related field, with projected graduation by mid-2027 or later. * Not planning to go abroad for exchange for at least one year. * Availability to work 30 hours per week, on flexible schedules to be arranged according to academic workload. * Advanced English proficiency. * Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office, with particular emphasis on PowerPoint and Excel. * Basic to intermediate proficiency in any audio and video editing software. **WHAT DO WE OFFER YOU?** * Your professional growth with us knows no limits; it is driven by your aspirations.
