Job Summary: We are seeking a Monitoring Assistant to supervise facilities via CCTV, detect unusual activities, and report incidents to maintain a secure environment. Key Highlights: 1. Coordination with security personnel during emergencies. **LOGON BRANDS MEXICO** **We are looking for:** **MONITORING ASSISTANT.** **Job Objective:** * Monitor facilities in real time through the video surveillance system (CCTV), detect unusual or suspicious activities, immediately report any incidents, and contribute to maintaining a safe environment for employees, visitors, and facilities. **Main Responsibilities:** * Continuously monitor surveillance cameras installed on-site. * Detect, record, and report any unusual activity, risk, or situation requiring immediate intervention. * Prepare daily activity and incident reports. * Follow established company security protocols. * Review and back up video recordings when necessary. * Coordinate with on-site security personnel or external security agencies during emergencies. * Verify proper operation of the monitoring system (cameras, monitors, recorders). **Job Requirements:** **Education:** * Completed junior high school or high school (preferred) **Experience:** * 6 months to 1 year in similar positions (monitoring, surveillance, private security) **Specific Knowledge:** * CCTV system operation * Security and protection protocols * Report preparation * Basic computer skills (Excel, Word) **Skills:** * Attention to detail * High level of concentration * Ability to respond effectively to risky situations * Effective communication * Ethics and discretion Work Location: Alamo Industrial.
