Responsibilities: * Supervise on-time performance and quality of deliveries or services. * Resolve operational disruptions and ensure communication with operators. * Report incidents and propose logistics improvements. * Verify and update route logs and service reports. Requirements: * Minimum 1 year of experience in logistics, monitoring, or similar positions. * Proficiency in GPS tracking tools and monitoring platforms. * Ability to solve problems in real time and make decisions under pressure. * Flexible working hours and teamwork capability. * Knowledge of routes and logistics operations in the metropolitan area.
