Job Summary: We are seeking a monitor to track import-export-domestic shipments, confirm information with customers, and enter data, ensuring compliance with regulatory documentation. Key Responsibilities: 1. Shipment tracking (Import, Export, Domestic) 2. Effective communication with operators 3. GPS monitoring of vehicles Tracking of import-export-domestic shipments Confirming information with customers on their respective platforms Entering data into various systems (Excel, Chrome, etc.) Ensuring all current regulatory documents are available for each vehicle Maintaining effective and assertive communication with operators GPS monitoring We offer statutory benefits + minor medical expense insurance for you and up to 3 additional family members (direct or indirect) Requirements Experience as a monitor or in an accident control room Vehicle monitoring experience Basic Excel skills and familiarity with vehicle monitoring platforms Rotating shifts Shift 1: 07:00 - 15:00 Shift 2: 15:00 - 22:00 Shift 3: 22:00 - 07:00 Employment Type: Full-time Salary: $10,000.00 - $16,000.00 per month Benefits: * Medical expense insurance * Free uniforms Education: * Incomplete or ongoing technical higher education (Preferred) Experience: * Office experience: 1 year (Preferred) Work Location: On-site employment
