Daily operations coordination and incident tracking **A transportation company is seeking a monitoring operator experienced in route supervision, real-time monitoring, and the use of technological tools. The candidate must be able to resolve incidents, generate operational reports, and contribute to continuous improvement.** **Requirements:** * Bachelor's degree in logistics or related field * Gender: Unrestricted * Minimum 6 months of experience in GPS monitoring * Availability to rotate shifts is mandatory **Responsibilities:** * Prepare and update itineraries and operational layouts * Schedule via internal system and issue corresponding notifications * Coordinate daily operations and track incidents * Analyze reported incidents to implement corrective actions * Monitor drivers using the internal application * Propose and implement continuous operational improvements * Create and modify operational routes according to service needs * Close each shift with appropriate reports and information * Activate and utilize necessary operational tools * Review and validate daily service scheduling * Execute and supervise real-time operations * Monitor compliance with assigned services * Generate detailed incident reports * Report unauthorized vehicle movements * Prepare reports on detected speeding violations * Identify and report prohibited zones Benefits: * Flexible working hours * Option for indefinite-term contract * Free uniforms Education: * Bachelor's degree preferred and/or relevant experience Experience: * Knowledge of scheduling systems * GPS operation and monitoring * Familiarity with the city Work Location: On-site employment Position Type: Full-time Salary: $2,200.00 - $2,800.00 per week Application Question(s): * Do you have experience in monitoring, scheduling, and itinerary creation? * Are you available to rotate shifts? * What is your expected monthly income?
