Job Summary: A prominent company is seeking a Training and DO Instructor to develop and deliver training programs, manage the training process, and ensure legal compliance. Key Responsibilities: 1. Development and delivery of training courses and instructional materials. 2. End-to-end management of corporate training processes. 3. Ensuring compliance with legal requirements related to training. A well-established company with presence in CDMX and the Metropolitan Zone is seeking: **TRAINING AND DO INSTRUCTOR** **REQUIREMENTS** Education: Completed Bachelor's degree in Education or Psychology Experience: 1–2 years as a Training Analyst Work location: Coyoacán Borough, Metro División del Norte Knowledge of the entire training process, instructor experience, solid understanding of NOM-035-STPS, course and instructional material development **RESPONSIBILITIES** Carry out the entire Corporate Needs Diagnosis (DNC) process Develop the annual Training Plan and Program based on the DNC Deliver the trainings scheduled in the annual Training Plan Develop courses and instructional materials Prepare the descriptive letter and session plan for each course Deliver the induction course for new employees Ensure legal compliance in training and staff development Coordinate and manage supplies, equipment, and facilities required for each training session Apply NOM-035 Support employee integration and motivation programs Use of MOODLE platform Desirable: Instructional design knowledge **WE OFFER:** Salary: $15,000 to $18,000 monthly/gross Statutory benefits Timely payments Working hours: Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 6 PM; Saturday, 9 AM to 2 PM Salary: $15,000.00 – $18,000.00 per month Workplace: On-site employment
