Ensure compliance with DGAC, AFAC, and IATA regulations. **INSTRUCTOR** **POSITION SUMMARY:** Deliver technical and regulatory training courses related to airport and aviation operations, ensuring personnel possess the necessary knowledge and certifications to perform their duties in accordance with current safety, quality, and regulatory guidelines. **RESPONSIBILITIES**: * Deliver theoretical and practical courses on topics including: * + **Dangerous Goods (lithium batteries, IATA Category 6)** + **Airport Security (AVSEC)** + **Operational Safety (SMS)** + **Safe Use of Ground Support Equipment (GSE)** + **Orientation to the Airport Environment and PrimeFlight Procedures** * Prepare teaching materials, presentations, manuals, and assessments. * Evaluate participants’ learning through theoretical and/or practical examinations. * Track staff recertifications and recurring training requirements. * Ensure training sessions comply with DGAC, AFAC, IATA, and internal policy guidelines. * Record attendance, grades, and issue attendance certificates or certifications. * Participate in internal and external audits as support for the training function. * Continuously update knowledge of regulations, teaching methodologies, and airport procedures. **REQUIRED PROFILE:** Minimum 2 years’ experience as an instructor in airport or civil aviation-related subjects. **SKILLS:** Public speaking ability, capacity to explain technical concepts, and proficiency in managing diverse groups. **LANGUAGES:** Basic/intermediate technical English (desirable). **KNOWLEDGE** **REQUIRED:** Practical knowledge of ramp, cargo, check-in, or customer service operations. Proficiency with tools such as PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and training platforms. **EDUCATION:** Technical diploma or Bachelor’s degree in aviation, education, logistics, or security-related fields.
