




**Position: Instructor** **Job Description:** We are seeking an **Instructor** with leadership, organizational, and human talent development skills. The selected candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and evaluating training programs that foster the professional growth of our employees and strengthen the organization’s key competencies. **Key Responsibilities:** * Coordinate and supervise training delivery across all three modalities: Escort, Intramural, and Custodian (in-person and online). * Ensure compliance with CEM requirements (accident investigation and reporting, case files, and platform management). * Develop training manuals, skill certification documents, and government-mandated training procedures. * Manage training registration with the Mexico City Secretariat of Labor and Social Welfare (SSC CDMX). * Establish corporate civil protection protocols. * Conduct technical interviews regarding firearms. **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Administration, or related field. * Minimum of **5 years** of experience in training, organizational development, or education. * Knowledge of needs assessment, instructional design, and program evaluation. * Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills. * Ability to collaborate across multiple departments and manage several projects simultaneously. * Experience managing groups of more than 20 people. **We Offer:** * Net monthly salary between $15,000 and $16,000 MXN. * Statutory benefits. * Continuous training opportunities. **Work Schedule:** Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
