Job Summary: We are seeking support staff for security, cleaning, gardening, and basic maintenance activities, coordinating with the maintenance supervisor. Key Highlights: 1. Multifunctional support role across various areas of the property 2. Direct coordination with the maintenance supervisor 3. Key responsibilities in security and general maintenance Main duties include security support (personnel access control, entry/exit registration, CCTV monitoring, and property safeguarding), cleaning support, gardening, basic maintenance, and covering the maintenance supervisor’s breaks. This position coordinates directly with the maintenance supervisor. The monthly salary ranges from $10,000 to $12,000 pesos, including statutory benefits, social security coverage from day one, and uniforms. **WORK SCHEDULE: MONDAY TO FRIDAY, 8:30 AM TO 6:00 PM** **REST DAYS: EVERY 15 DAYS, SATURDAY AND SUNDAY OFF.** **COVERING THE MAINTENANCE SUPERVISOR’S REST DAYS (STAYING AT THE PROPERTY ON SATURDAY AND SUNDAY).** Position Type: Full-time, Indefinite-term Salary: $10,000.00 \- $12,000.00 per month Benefits: * Free uniforms Work Location: On-site employment
