Collaborate in the design and implementation of extracurricular activities We seek a proactive and committed individual for the **Student Experience** area, whose primary objective will be to enhance students' holistic development through support programs, follow-up, and activities that enrich their academic and personal lives. **Key Functions and Responsibilities** * **Tutoring Management:** * Develop tutoring and psychopedagogical counseling materials. * Continuously monitor the tutoring program to ensure its effectiveness. * **Student Support and Follow-up:** * Receive and route student requests or special situations to the relevant departments. * Follow up on each case and communicate responses or solutions to students. * **Behavioral Reporting and Analysis:** * Prepare reports and analyses regarding student behavior. * Address emergent situations related to sanctionable behaviors. * **Extracurricular Activities:** * Collaborate in the design, coordination, and implementation of extracurricular activities that foster holistic development. * **Psychometric Assessment:** * Administer, upload, and interpret psychometric test batteries. * **Collaborative Work:** * Participate in coordination meetings with other departments to align strategies and projects. * **Education:** Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Pedagogy, Educational Sciences, Social Work, or related fields. * **Experience:** Preferably in student services, educational guidance, or youth development.
