




Position Summary: We are seeking a Support Teacher / Educational Assistant to provide individualized support, implement inclusion strategies, and collaborate with the interdisciplinary team. Position: Support Teacher / Educational Assistant Requirements: aged 18\-28 * Bachelor’s degree in Special Education, Pedagogy, Psychopedagogy, Psychology, or related field. * Degree certificate and professional license (preferred). * Experience working with children, girls, and adolescents / internships or no experience accepted, provided there is a willingness to learn. * Knowledge of or interest in educational inclusion, curriculum adaptations, and school accompaniment. * Patience, empathy, responsibility, and commitment. * Communication skills with families and the educational team. Responsibilities: * Provide individualized support. * Implement inclusion strategies and adaptations according to student needs. * Support academic, behavioral, and socioemotional development. * Prepare progress and follow-up reports. * Maintain consistent communication with parents/guardians and teachers. * Collaborate with the center’s interdisciplinary team. Work Modality: * Fee-based / Part-time (subject to availability). * Payment per session or shift (to be determined) / through the “Jóvenes Construyendo el Futuro” program.
