Experience: 1–2 verifiable years Knowledge: Intermediate Excel proficiency. Proficiency in Canva and Visio. Proficiency in SIRCE. Ability to use various platforms to create high-quality presentations. SOFT SKILLS Proactive Committed Results-oriented Adaptable to change Conflict resolution Ability to work under pressure Responsibilities: Design training programs aligned with organizational requirements. Enhance the skills of department heads. Train employees. Schedule training sessions and classroom agendas. Organize, manage logistics, and deliver training programs. Complete DC3 and DC4 forms. Conduct facility walkthroughs to identify opportunities for continuous improvement. Possess solid theoretical knowledge of the organization and effective time management. Boutique control. Upload employees’ DC3 forms into SIRCE. Implement strategic onboarding for new staff integration. Conduct facility tours for new staff to showcase workspaces. Assign new staff to their respective work areas. Send welcome emails. Work location: Central Base, Azcapotzalco, CDMX, near Ferrería metro station on the Red Line. SCHEDULE: Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., plus one Saturday per month, 8:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. WE OFFER: $14,000.00 Gross Monthly Salary. Weekly payments.
