Coordination of hotel services. **Requirements** * Minimum education: completed high school; tourism, hospitality, or administration studies preferred. * Experience: at least 6 months in customer service, preferably in hotels or tourism-related services. * Availability to work rotating shifts from 7:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m., 3:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m., or 11:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m., Monday through Sunday, with mid-week days off. * Professional appearance and positive attitude. * Basic English proficiency preferred. **Responsibilities** * Greet and welcome guests courteously and professionally. * Assist with luggage transportation from the entrance to guest rooms and vice versa. * Provide guidance on hotel facilities and nearby attractions. * Handle guest requests for transportation, courier services, or special assistance. * Coordinate with the front desk and other departments to ensure efficient service. * Maintain order and cleanliness in access areas and the lobby. **We Offer** * Salary of $9,500 to $10,500 (tax-free). * Statutory benefits. * Salary increases. * Dining facility service. * Location: Downtown CDMX (near Alameda Central).
