Read and analyze the banquet order for the event to gather guest information, determine appropriate setup, timeline, specific guest requirements, buffets, food stations, etc. Attend to and strive to fulfill all special preparations for the event banquet. Follow up on special preparations for the event banquet to ensure their completion. Comply with all company safety policies and procedures; report any maintenance issues, safety hazards, accidents, or injuries; complete safety training and certifications. Ensure both uniform and personal appearance are neat and professional. Maintain confidentiality of company-owned information; protect company assets. Support all coworkers and treat them with dignity and respect. Support the team in achieving common goals. Meet quality assurance expectations and standards. Move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than 25 pounds (11.25 kg) or equivalent without assistance. Stand, sit, or walk for extended periods or throughout the entire work shift. Read and visually verify information in various formats (e.g., small print). Visually inspect tools, equipment, or machinery (e.g., to identify defects). Reach above shoulder height and below knee level, including bending, twisting the waist, pulling, and stooping.
