Preventive and corrective maintenance of equipment ALARM MONITORING CENTER REQUIRES: **Alarm Programmer** Program, configure, and integrate alarm and video surveillance (CCTV) systems, ensuring their proper operation **Main Responsibilities:** * Programming and configuration of alarm control panels * Configuration of DVR/NVR and IP/analog cameras * Integration of alarm systems with CCTV and mobile apps * Remote access configuration (IP, ports, DDNS, P2P) * Connection to monitoring center (events, signals, testing) * Technical fault diagnosis and resolution (field and remote) * Preventive and corrective maintenance of equipment * Technical site surveys for new projects * Preparation of service reports and evidence * Technical support to customers **Requirements:** * Education: Technician in Electronics, Systems, or related field * Minimum 1–3 years of experience with alarm systems * Networking knowledge (IP, ports, routers, APN) * Proficiency with computers and configuration software * Experience in structured cabling and basic electricity * Availability for field work * Driver's license (preferred) SCHEDULE AVAILABILITY Employment Type: Full-time Salary: Starting at $3,000\.00 per week Work Location: On-site employment
