Focus on strategic planning and collaborative work. **JOB DESCRIPTION: Plan, coordinate, and supervise academic activities, ensuring compliance with curricula and academic programs, as well as proper teaching performance and achievement of institutional educational objectives.** **Main Responsibilities:** Coordinate the implementation and monitoring of current curricula and academic programs. Supervise teaching performance through classroom observations, feedback, and academic mentoring. Monitor students' academic progress and analyze school performance indicators. Manage the evaluation process (recording, reviewing, and validating grades in institutional systems). Coordinate academic meetings, technical councils, and teacher training sessions. Propose improvement strategies to enhance educational quality and student academic achievement. Coordinate extracurricular academic activities and institutional projects. **Required Profile:** * Bachelor’s degree in Education, Pedagogy, or related field (postgraduate degree preferred). * Minimum 2 years of experience in academic coordination or similar roles at upper secondary level. * Knowledge of current educational regulations. * Proficiency in academic platforms and digital tools. * Leadership, organizational, effective communication, and teamwork skills. * Residency in Tizayuca or nearby areas. **Key Competencies:** Strategic planning Decision making Conflict resolution Results orientation Collaborative work **We Offer:** * **Monthly salary: $11,000 to $13,000 MXN** * **Benefits in accordance with Mexican labor law.** * **Job stability and a professional work environment.** Employment type: Full-time Salary: $11,000.00 - $13,000.00 per month Work location: On-site employment
