Position Summary: We are seeking a SOFOM Manager to lead a financial institution across commercial operations, portfolio recovery, planning, administration, and internal execution—setting objectives and ensuring regulatory compliance. We are currently seeking a **SOFOM Manager.** **REQUIREMENTS:** This position will lead the financial institution’s **commercial operations, portfolio recovery, planning, administration, and internal execution—establishing administrative and financial objectives and indicators, preparing the annual budget, and delivering financial reports.** It will also involve project analysis and valuation, structuring, and evaluation of special cases for presentation to the Executive Board. The incumbent must ensure tax obligation coverage, cash flow management, reserve calculations, and development of optimization strategies—strictly adhering to applicable regulations and internal policies. Seniority and relationship management capability are required to represent the role before the Executive Board, engage with banks, funding institutions, certification entities, law firms, and regulatory authorities, as well as represent the financial institution on relevant committees. Required competencies: leadership, analytical ability, results orientation, and strong capacity for building long-term relationships. Must possess knowledge and experience in corporate finance, accounting and tax regulations, and reserve calculations. **WE OFFER:** Base salary ranging from $28,000 to $38,000 net, depending on qualifications.
