Job stability. **Audit Supervisor \| Accounting Firm \| Mexico City** A growing accounting firm is looking to add an Audit Supervisor with experience in financial statement review and team coordination, who is eager to grow within a dynamic professional environment. The role targets analytical, organized, and operationally leadership-capable profiles who can ensure proper execution of audits and compliance with accounting standards. **Location:** Lomas de Chapultepec, Miguel Hidalgo, CDMX **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 6:30 PM Occasional Saturday availability as required by operations **Main Responsibilities** * Participate in the planning, execution, and closing of financial audits * Review administrative and accounting processes across various companies * Analyze financial statements, accounting records, and supporting documentation * Prepare working papers and tax schedules * Identify accounting and financial risks and propose corrective actions * Supervise and coordinate audit assistants’ activities * Monitor accounting and tax closing processes * Maintain direct communication with clients throughout audit engagements * Ensure adherence to methodologies, timelines, and quality standards for each project **Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree in Accounting (degree completed) * Minimum 2 years of experience as an Audit Supervisor at an accounting firm or practice * Prior experience leading or supervising teams * Residency in Mexico City or the metropolitan area * Full-time availability **Technical Knowledge** * Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially advanced Excel * Knowledge of accounting standards and audit procedures * Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or others) * Basic to intermediate English proficiency Prior experience at firms such as Deloitte, KPMG, PwC, or EY will be considered a plus. **We Offer** * Monthly net salary of $15,000 * Statutory benefits * Job stability * Exposure to diverse projects and clients If you have auditing experience and are seeking a position with greater responsibility and professional growth, apply through this channel.
