Internal communication and communication with international clients 100% in English **Bilingual Corporate Attorney (Labor or Tax) \- Law Firm in Polanco** **A prestigious international law firm is expanding and seeking a Corporate Attorney specializing in Labor or Tax Law to join its team.** **REQUIREMENTS:** Experience: Minimum of 3 years working at law firms (mandatory). Education: Bachelor's Degree in Law (licensed with Professional License). Languages: Advanced English (TOEFL score ~700). Internal communication and communication with international clients is 100% in English. Competencies: Initiative, leadership, planning ability, and executive communication skills. **RESPONSIBILITIES** Comprehensive legal assistance to national and international companies Labor Law: Advisory services and procedures under the Federal Labor Law (LFT), representation before the Ministry of Labor, Conciliation Centers, and Labor Courts. Drafting of employment contracts, agreements, and risk analysis. Tax Law: Advisory services on tax litigation, taxes (Income Tax - ISR, VAT on payroll - IVA), and handling audits conducted by the Tax Administration Service (SAT). Corporate Law: Drafting of corporate purchase\-sale agreements, advisory services on acquisitions, mergers (M\&A), and dissolution of commercial entities. Institutional Management: Liaison and procedural handling with the Mexican Institute of Industrial Property (IMPI), the Ministry of Urban Development and Housing (SEDUVI), the Mexican Social Security Institute (IMSS), the SAT, and immigration procedures. Thorough drafting and review of legal documents and judicial pleadings **COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS:** **Salary: $30,000\.00 to $35,000\.00 gross monthly (based on experience).** **Benefits: Statutory benefits.** **Work Location: Polanco neighborhood, Miguel Hidalgo borough (near Polanco Metro Station).** **Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 09:00 to 18:00 hrs.
