Job Summary: Maintenance technician responsible for ensuring operational continuity and improving production equipment—especially industrial sewing machinery—through preventive and corrective maintenance. Key Responsibilities: 1. Maintain and improve industrial sewing machinery 2. Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic failures 3. Collaborate in optimizing production processes A maintenance technician who contributes to operational continuity and improvement of production equipment—especially industrial sewing machinery—by ensuring proper functionality, reducing failures, and meeting quality and safety standards. Will be responsible for executing preventive and corrective maintenance, as well as supporting the optimization of production processes. **Requirements:** * Technical degree in industrial maintenance, electromechanics, or related field. * Experience in maintenance of industrial sewing machinery. * Knowledge of preventive and corrective maintenance. * Familiarity with electrical, mechanical, and pneumatic systems is desirable. * Basic knowledge of continuous improvement tools (5S, autonomous maintenance). * Ability to diagnose and resolve failures. * Availability to work collaboratively and under pressure. **Primary Responsibilities:** * Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on sewing machines and production equipment. * Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, or pneumatic failures. * Ensure proper machinery operation to prevent line stoppages. * Support installation and adjustment of new equipment or production lines. * Maintain records and logs of performed maintenance activities. * Comply with workplace safety and organization standards (5S). * Collaborate with production teams to enhance equipment performance. * Propose improvements to optimize machinery operation and reduce downtime.
