Position Summary: A prominent real estate company is seeking a professional to conduct topographic surveys, quantify demolitions, perform project layout, calculate earthwork volumes, and oversee construction projects. Key Responsibilities: 1. Conduct topographic surveys and project layout. 2. Quantify demolitions and calculate earthwork volumes. 3. Supervise and verify the proper execution of construction works. PROMINENT REAL ESTATE COMPANY REQUIRES 1\).\- TOPOGRAPHIC SURVEYS OF LAND: MEASUREMENTS, BOUNDARIES, AND ADJACENCIES. PROPERTY SURFACES, GROUND LEVELS. 2\).\- SURVEYING AND QUANTIFICATION OF DEMOLITIONS IN EXISTING CONSTRUCTIONS. 3\).\- PROJECT LAYOUT AND SETOUT. 4\).\- CALCULATION OF EARTHWORK VOLUMES TO BE MOVED DURING A CONSTRUCTION PROJECT. 5\).\- CONSTRUCTION OVERSIGHT: SUPERVISION AND VERIFICATION OF CONSTRUCTION WORKS TO ENSURE STRUCTURES ARE PROPERLY ALIGNED AND MEASUREMENTS COMPLY WITH DRAWINGS AND SPECIFICATIONS. 6\).\- GENERAL ACTIVITY REPORTS ON SITE.
