You will be responsible for ensuring that each project is delivered on time, as specified, and with the quality that distinguishes us. **Main Responsibilities** * **Field Supervision:** Coordinate and direct technical crews during the installation of CCTV, alarm systems, and access control systems. * **Technical Installation:** Support and validate camera placement, security device installation, and rack assembly. * **Infrastructure:** Supervise and carry out structured cabling, conduit installation (thin-wall/thick-wall piping), and network point finishing. * **Project Management:** Read and interpret blueprints, conduct technical surveys, and manage on-site material inventory. * **Configuration:** Commission and activate systems (DVR/NVR configuration and management software setup). * **Client Relations:** Provide daily progress reports to clients and management, ensuring compliance with industrial safety standards. **Requirements** **Bachelor's Degree in** Electronics, Telecommunications, Mechatronics, Computer Systems, Electrical Engineering, or related fields; or University Technical Degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, or Industrial Maintenance. * **Experience:** Minimum of 2–3 years in supervisory roles or as a lead technician. * **Knowledge:** Networking (TCP/IP), CCTV, Access Control, and Structured Cabling. * **Skills:** Proficiency with electrical tools, personnel leadership, and problem-solving. * **Availability:** Must be available to **travel to various locations across the country**. * **Driver’s License:** Valid. **We Offer** * $15,000 \- salary increases * Reimbursed travel expenses for out-of-town assignments. * Statutory benefits. * Opportunity for professional growth. * Productivity bonus \- project-based bonus Employment Type: Full-time Salary: $15,000\.00 \- $20,000\.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
