Generation of progress reports and project tracking A Mexican company with 30 years of experience in air conditioning equipment installation and maintenance is seeking: **HVAC Installation Supervisor** **We Offer:** * **Salary:** $19,000 to $24,000 MXN per month, tax-free, depending on qualifications \+ statutory benefits * Weekly payment (Fridays) * Statutory benefits from the first day of employment (IMSS, vacation days, vacation bonus, year-end bonus) * Work location: CDMX and metropolitan area * **Schedule:** Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 6:00 PM; Saturdays, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM * Projects located across various points in CDMX **Requirements:** * Gender: Not specified * Age: 22 to 44 years old * Experience: Minimum 3 years in HVAC construction and installations * Education: Technical degree or incomplete degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field * Basic knowledge of: * Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) * Reading technical drawings (piping, ductwork) * HVAC construction materials and tools * Basic electricity and electrical control * Industrial safety on construction sites **Main Responsibilities:** * Supervise on-site construction and surveys * Inspect installation quality and conduct equipment testing * Prepare daily progress reports (photographic and written) * Assist in preparing material lists and work schedules * Support progress and project tracking meetings * Coordinate with installation teams to meet schedules and specifications * Report field incidents or discrepancies between drawings and actual site conditions
