Identify customer needs, develop competitive proposals, close sales, supervise teams and subcontractors, and maintain effective communication with all stakeholders to ensure project success. **YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE:** * Identifying customer needs * Planning and managing projects by defining schedules, allocating resources, and ensuring compliance with quality standards. * Supervising and coordinating the project team, managing subcontractors and required services to meet project requirements. * Ensuring quality control and project administration, maintaining accurate records on technological platforms and complying with the Quality Management System (QMS). * Maintaining effective communication with customers, providing continuous support and collecting feedback to improve satisfaction and generate new business opportunities. **TECHNICAL KNOWLEDGE:** * Intermediate-to-advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). * Use of AutoCAD 2D for drawing review. OR Analysis of unit prices and preparation of budgets. * Knowledge of construction regulations.
