Job Summary: We are seeking an Architect or Civil Engineer with experience in construction programming and site control, project planning, coordination, and supervision of construction projects. The ideal candidate will possess skills in planning, coordination, and supervision of construction projects. (Preferably residing in Torreón) * Responsibilities: \- Program and monitor construction progress \- Coordinate with work teams and contractors \- Monitor and report construction progress \- Analyze and report progress and deviations \- Collaborate in problem solving and decision making * Required Skills: \- Knowledge of construction scheduling tools (Excel, Opus, MS Project, Primavera, etc.) \- Experience in construction site control and supervision \- Knowledge of AutoCAD \- Communication and teamwork skills \- Ability to work under pressure * Experience Level: 2\-5 years of experience in similar positions * Requirements: \- Architecture or Civil Engineering degree \- Experience in construction projects (residential projects preferred) Employment Type: Full-time Salary: $18,000\.00 \- $22,877\.12 per month Work Location: On-site employment
